Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.
This image was taken back in late 2001 for one of my first solo exhibitions. The day this was shot was a hell of a lot of fun with friends, enjoying what photography was for me at the time, capturing moments in time. Times were simpler back then.

Another old shot taken back in 2004, using the Minolta x-700 and some Ilford Delta black and white film … and then scanned.
This looks like yet another classic shoot from Annie Leibovitz … which comes as no surprise …

Title: Lady death

This photo was shot back in 1996, when film was used, rather than an iPhone effect or Photoshop action. It was shot in the middle of some random property, just outside of Kapunda, SA, using a Minolta x-700 using Ektachrome E200 cross processed.
Photographers who have only ever shot digital, really need to go buy a film camera and give it a go, it is so much more rewarding.
